Our Story (Continued)

 

Hinton and Hinton is not a chain, we are the only location you will find. We pride ourselves on a family atmosphere, and our caring staff will make you feel apart of the family.

When you call our store or come in, you will be greeted Ms. Karen, or Queen Karen as we know her. She is our Counter Manager, and has been with us for many years.

Then you have Mark Shoemake who has been the Store Manager here at Hinton and Hinton for over 12 years. He started with us while he was in college and has been apart of our store ever since. Talk about someone that knows their product!

Whitney Smith has quite a history with our store as well. She started with us our first year of business as a high school student. Even though we lost her for a few years after college, we were lucky enough to get her back a few years ago when she moved back to Oxford.

Joan began working with us a couple of years ago, and is involved in all areas of anything we need very quickly. She is a fantastic stock organizer and we would be completely lost without her.
Then of course there is my father, Forrest Hinton, and myself Steve Hinton. All I can say is that I have been in retail my whole life, and love it.

We have quite the cast of characters in our shop, and we couldn't be more fortunate to have the wonderful family that work with. It takes all the piece of the puzzle to make the full picture.
